We do not create user accounts, and we do not collect payment information via the Service.

By submitting your information, you consent to receive operational and marketing messages from us by email and SMS. Message and data rates may apply.

SMS opt-out: reply STOP to any message.

Email opt-out: click unsubscribe or email [email protected].

We may still send non-marketing operational messages needed to provide the Service (e.g., confirmations, updates).

4) How We Share Information

We share information only as described below:

With a single matched lender/financing company to facilitate an introduction (only after you submit your details and consent).

With service providers that help us run the Service (e.g., hosting, communications, analytics), under contracts that limit their use of your information.

For legal reasons (e.g., to comply with law, enforce our terms, protect rights, investigate misuse).

Business transfers (e.g., merger, acquisition, or asset sale); we will continue to protect information consistent with this Policy.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not share your information with a list of lenders; we introduce you to one matched provider.

5) Cookies & Analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies to run our site and understand usage. You can manage cookies in your browser settings. If we use third-party analytics or advertising tools, they may set cookies to measure performance or deliver/measure ads. We do not combine analytics data with sensitive personal information.

6) Data Retention

10) Third-Party Sites & Providers

If you proceed with a matched lender or financing company, your relationship is with that third party under their privacy policy and terms. We are not responsible for their practices. Review their disclosures carefully.

11) International Users

We operate in the United States. If you access the Service from outside the U.S., you understand that your information may be processed in the U.S., where laws may differ from those in your country.

12) Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated Policy with a new Effective Date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted means you accept the updated Policy.
